Prime Minister Protects Private Property Rights

"Private property rights are fundamental, and our government will always protect them.

We appealed the decision on September 8, along with the Government of B.C., the City of Richmond, and all other parties to the litigation.

The New regulations will strengthen oversight tools to ensure Canada’s immigration and citizenship consultants uphold the highest professional standards.

We look forward to their implementation on July 15 and the continued development of by-laws and supporting legal frameworks.
