Statement by Minister Rodriguez on the eleventh anniversary of the Lac-Mégantic tragedy

The Minister of Transport and Quebec Lieutenant, Pablo Rodriguez, today made the following statement to mark the eleven years that have passed since the Lac-Mégantic tragedy
