The Honourable Soraya Martinez Ferrada, Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, will be in Calgary to deliver remarks at the World Diversity in Leadership Conference and participate in various activities in the region, including the Calgary Stampede.
