Today, the Government of Canada announced a number of actions to enable oral health providers to participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), with the goal of making it easier for them to participate as they choose, and to support patient access to providers in all regions of the country. This means that oral health professionals who choose not to participate fully in the Canadian Dental Care Plan will still be able to treat and submit claims for reimbursement for services provided to CDCP clients as of July.
