Tribunal Finds Injury—Certain Wire Rod from China, Egypt and Vietnam

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today found that the dumping of certain wire rod, originating in or exported from People’s Republic of China, the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, has caused injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. The complainant in this case was Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 LP of L’Original, Ontario.
